William Pierce

Mr. William Pierce, age 74, of Horton, Alabama, died on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at his residence.

 Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at two o’clock pm in the McRae Chapel with Bro. James Bodine, Russell Pinyan & Bro. Kenneth Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home.

 Mr. Pierce was born in Alabama on January 5, 1950, to J.C. & Mamie Lou Horton Pierce. He was a Truck farmer & Trapper.

 Mr. Pierce is survived by his Wife: Wonda Pierce of Horton. Daughter & Son-in-Law: Marti & Todd Jenkins of Albertville. Son & Daughter-in-Law: John & Denise Pierce of Nixon Chapel. Grandchildren: Heaven Humpries, Echo Humpries, Hannah Kate Sims, Madelyn Sims, Emily Claire Jenkins, Nikki Mayes, Brittny Barnhill, Josh Jenkins, Katelyn Hitchcock, Laynna Beth Sims, Kalen Paige Sims, Marshall Kaine Sims, Shana Bowen, Brandi Bowen, Teyha White, Mark Bowen, Tyler Epperson. 22 Great Grandchildren.

 Pallbearers will be Paul Buch, Jr. Pankey, Mark Shane Bowen, Jr., Todd Jenkins, Harley Ferrell, Kenny Tims, Brandon Tims, Shawn Tims.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: John Robertson, Woodrow Mahan, Wilburn Mahan.

 Mr. Pierce was preceded in death by his Parents: J.C. & Mamie Lou Pierce. Daughter: Jamie Rae Pierce.
