Wanda Blanks Waldrep

Mrs. Wanda Blanks Waldrep, age 87 of Crossville, Alabama, died on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at her residence.

The funeral service will be held at one o’clock pm Saturday, January 7, 2023, at McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Cody Nugent officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at Carter. Visitation will be on Saturday from noon until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Waldrep was born in Alabama on February 2, 1935, to William Elliott & Nellie Pearle Hooper Sauls. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Waldrep is survived by her Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Farrell & Linda Blanks and Darrell & Darlene Blanks all of Crossville, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Kim & Shawn Brice of Crossville Grandchildren: Justin & April Blanks, Jason Blanks, Skyler Blanks, Cody & Laina Nugent and Lacey Nugent, 8 Great Grandchildren and sisters: Helen Jones and Sheila Morgan both of Boaz. She was preceded in death by her husbands: J. B. Blanks and Buck Waldrep, a great granddaughter, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Pallbearers will be Justin Blanks, Jason Blanks, Skyler Blanks, Cody Nugent, Tim Nugent, and Jake Rundt.
