Travis Meeks

Mr. Travis Meeks, age 77, of Bethsaida Road, Boaz, died on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at his residence.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020, at two o’clock p.m. in the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Bro. Jimmy Umphrey will be officiating. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Meeks was born in Alabama on December 27, 1942, to Arthur & Nella Mae Brooks Meeks.

Mr. Meeks is survived by his Son: Dwight Meeks of Florida, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Tammy & Randy Bunn of Albertville and Deanna & Kevin Leeth of Crossville, Grandchildren: Corey Bunn, Cody Bunn and Drayton Leeth, 6 Great Grandchildren, Brother: Frank Meeks of Boaz and Sisters & Brother-in-law: Shirley & Billy Cooley, and Susan McDowell. He is preceded in death by his wife Nell Meeks.

Pallbearers will be Corey Bunn, Cody Bunn, Drayton Leeth, LaDon Smith and Kenneth Wright.
