Thomas Wortham

Mr. Thomas Wortham, age 83 of Boaz, Alabama, died on Friday, June 17, 2022, at his residence.

Funeral service will be held at ten o’clock am on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at the McRae Chapel with Jerri Manasco officiating. Interment will follow in the Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Wortham was born in Alabama on April 20, 1939, to James L. & Lillian Campbell Wortham.

Mr. Wortham is survived by his Wife: Gaile Wortham. Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Robin & David Mitchell of Georgia, Jamie & Kyle Massengale of Athens. Son & Daughter-in-Law: Jonathan & Stefanie Wortham of North Carolina. Grandchildren: Marlena Mitchell, Jessica & Jacob Mora, Skylar & Abby Mitchell, Shannon Massengale, Anna Katherine Massengale, Caroline Wortham, Olivia Gaile Wortham. Great Grandsons: Easton Thomas Mora, Everett Mora.

Mr. Wortham was preceded in death by his Parents: James L. & Lillian Wortham. Son: James Thomas Wortham. Sister: Irene Duckett

Pallbearers will be Skylar Mitchell, Billy Duckett, Roy Doug Benefield, Wortham Bailey, Tyler Thomas, Jimmy Williams.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Donnie George Wortham, Kenneth Wortham and The Elders of Crestview Church of Christ as follows: Carlous Allred, Charles Carnes, Randall Haney, Jeff Roberts.

The family are accepting flowers or donations to the Crestview Church of Christ Missionary Fund.
