Ms. Tammy Carol Dale Echols, age 36 of Summerville Homes, Boaz, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013 at Marshall Medical Center South.
Service will be Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at McRae Chapel with Bro. Zach Richards officiating. Interment will follow in Union Grove Cemetery, Crossville. McRae Funeral Home of Boaz is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 until funeral time at the funeral home.
Ms. Echols is survived by her, Mother & Step- father: Ellen & Roland West of Crossville , Brothers & Sister-in-Law: Robbie & Debbie Dale of Southside, Adam Blanton of Boaz, Sister & Brother-in-Law: Christie & Tim Bankston of Crossville. Step-Dad: Johnny Blanton.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Bankston, Adam Blanton, Sabrina Baca, Saige Dale, Corbin Dale, Andrew McDonald, Ethan Hammonds and Greg Credille
