Miss Sarah Elizabeth Eaves, 86, of Golden Living in Boaz, Alabama, died Wednesday,Jan. 14, 2015, at her residence.
Service will be Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, Noon at St. Paul United Methodist Church, interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Bro. Chip Vann will be officiating with Carol McPherson providing a eulogy. McRae Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church.
Miss Eaves was born in Geiger, Alabama on Feb. 5, 1928 to Julia Mae Lunsford & Andrew Jackson Eaves. She was a retired nurse.
Miss Eaves is survived by her Sisters: Clara Mae Karnes of Florida, Alien Ritts of Tuscaloosa, Maggie Hayes of Northport, Peggy Tech of Boaz and Nancy Carter of Mobile
Pallbearers will be Jeff Beck, John Beck, Chris Beck, Blake Farmer and Greg Gentry, Adam Rhoden & Brady Gibson. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Joe Martin Sunday School Class.
A special thank you to the staff at Golden Living for the care they provided to Sarah.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St. Paul United Methodist Church.
