Robert “Bobby” Wayne Pullen

Robert “Bobby” Wayne Pullen, age 84, of Boaz, Alabama died on August 18, 2023, at his residence.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 21, 2023, at Two o’clock p.m. at Pleasant Hill #1 Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Bruce Campbell, Bro. Kevin Ratcliff, and Bro. Kevin Brooks officiating.  Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Sunday evening, August 20, 2023, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Pullen was born in Alabama on April 9, 1939, to Henry and Opal Haynie Pullen.  He and his wife, Shirley, raised three sons on their family farm.

Mr. Pullen is survived by his Sons & Daughters-in-Law:  Johnny Pullen, Chris & Carol Pullen, and Brian & Cindy Pullen all of Boaz, Grandchildren:  Brianna (Will) Scott and Sammy (Ashlyn) Pullen, Kyle (Brittni) Pullen and Trevor Pullen, Lucas and Jacob Pullen. Great Grandchildren: 

Baker & Miles Scott, Sisters and Brother-in Law: 

Joan Kilpatrick, Peggy & Ray Alexander all of Boaz, and a host of nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his Parents:  Henry & Opal Pullen, Wife:  Shirley Peters Pullen, Sisters:  Shirley Holcomb, Helen Haynes and Rita Gail Young.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Pullen, Lucas Pullen, Trevor Pullen, Jacob Pullen, Sammy Pullen, Will Scott.
