Mr. Robert Andrew Meadows, age 87, of Darnell Street, Boaz, Alabama died Friday, Jan. 28, 2011 at Shepherd's Cove.
Service will be Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at McRae Chapel with interment in the Oakland Cemetery, Birmingham, on Monday with Bro. Travis Warlick officiating. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Meadows was born in Jefferson County, Alabama on April 7, 1923 to Isaac & Lena Keller Meadows. He was a retired Armed Forces Veteran last serving in the Navy. He was married to the late Margaret G. Meadows.
Mr. Meadows is survived by his Son: Robert A. Meadows, Jr. of Baileyton, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Sandra & Buddy Head of Boaz, Grandsons & Daughters-in-Law: B. J. & Cathy Head and Shane & Crystal Head, Great Grandchildren: Henry Hunter Head and Macie Black.
