Phillip Kinney

Mr. Phillip J. Kinney, age 55 of Lawson Gap Road, Boaz Alabama, died on Thursday, September 09, 2021, at Crestwood Hospital.

Service will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021, at eleven o’clock a.m. in the McRae Chapel with Jeri Manasco officiating and eulogy by Casie Kinney Goble. Interment will follow in the High Point Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Kinney was born in Guntersville, Alabama on December 24, 1965, to Donnie & Joan Hix Kinney. He was employed with Honda Manufacturing.

Mr. Kinney is survived by his wife: Becky Kinney of Boaz, Son: Kyle Kinney of Boaz, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Casie & David Goble of Albertville, Grandchildren: Harper Goble and Harrison Goble, Mother: Joan Kinney of Guntersville, Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Thomas & Deb Kinney of Horton, Jeff & Flo Kinney of Guntersville, Sister & Brother-in-Law: Sandy & David Sims of Albertville, Special Friends: Chris & Bridgette Gunter and Kevin & Tylene Gunter and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by father: Joe “Donnie” Kinney.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Kinney, David Goble, Chris Gunter, Kevin Gunter, Andrew Kinney, Adam Partick, Jeremy Osborn, Tyler Osborn and Corbin Battles. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rick Norton, Mitchell Foster, Travis McMurtrey, Tony Osborn, Mike McLaurine and David Sims.
