Mr. Orvel Lee "Buck" Woods, age 80 of Noblitt Circle, Boaz, Alabama, died Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Albertville Rehab Select.
Service will be held Thursday, June 5, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at McRae Chapel. Bro. Wayne White will be officiating with interment to follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday from 11 until Funeral time at the funeral home.
Mr. Woods was born in Boaz, Alabama on Nov. 29, 1933 to Homer & Vessie Holderfield Woods.
Mr. Woods is survived by his Wife: Jean Woods of Sardis, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Mary & Chris Meeks of Albertville, Grandchildren: Caleb Brown (Lauren Sanders) & Chase Brown both of Albertville and Brandon Meeks of Arizona, Brother: Roger Woods of Albertville, Sister: Yvonne Carroll of Sardis, Several Nieces and Nephews.
