Mrs. Odell Helms Plunkett, age 97 of North Main St., Boaz, Alabama died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at her residence.
Services were held on 2:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012 at McRae Chapel, interment in Hillcrest Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Bright and Bro. Jimmy Harrison, officiating. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz, Alabama is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday evening 6 - 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Plunkett was born in Alabama on Sept. 2, 1915 to Grover C. & Nora Pearl Wallace Helms. She was a homemaker and beauty salon owner
Mrs. Plunkett is survived by her Nieces: Cathei (Gene) Echols of Boaz and Eunice (Billy) Slayton of Tennessee and a host of other Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Plunkett.
