Mary Burke

Ms. Mary Linda Burke, age 76, of Brown Street, Boaz died Friday, August 20, 2021, at her residence.

Service will be held at eleven o’clock a.m. on Monday, August 23, 2021, at McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Terry Burke officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Ms. Burke was born in Alabama on June 16, 1945, to James Waymon and Vera Evelyn Mullinax Burke.

Ms. Burke is survived by her Son: James Edward “Eddie” Smith of Boaz, Daughters: Malinda & Tim Langley of Boaz and Amy & Joey Sutphin of Grant, Grandchildren: Rosanna Smith, Shannon Smith, Matthew Langley, Misha Cullom, Taylor Howell, Bailee Sutphin and Tori Sutphin, 14 Great Grandchildren, Brothers Ricky & Mary Burke, and Terry & Sharon Burke all of Boaz. She was preceded in death by her Parents: James Waymon & Vera Evelyn Burke and Sister: Janice Margaret Burke.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Langley, Shannon Smith, Larry Walker, Gage Smith, Heath Cullom, and Jason Burke.
