Mr. Junior Winston Rowan, age 84, of Rowan-Jacobs Road, Altoona, Alabama died Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011 at his residence.
Service will be Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at McRae Chapel with interment in the Pineview FCM Church cemetery with Bro. Jeff Rowan officiating. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Rowan is survived by his Wife: Mary Smith Rowan of Altoona, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Mary R. & Neal Smith of Boaz, Chosen Sons: James Benjamin Rowan of Altoona, Teddy Terry of Altoona & Richard Terry of Rainsville, Chosen Daughters: Marie Otinger of Albertville, Linda Reynolds of Altoona, Tonja Bassil of Gadsden, Mary Ruth Butler of Altoona, Jana Brown of Georgia and Sharon Sheffield of Gadsden, Several Grandchildren and 1Great Grandson.
