Mrs. Joyce Elaine Cofield Coby, age 72 of Bruce Road, Boaz, died Friday, Feb. 28, 2014 at Marshall Medical Center South.
Service will be Sunday March 2, 2014 at Four o'clock p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with Bro. Wayne Scott, Bro. David Martin, Bro. David Lackey, and Bro. David Cofield officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home of Boaz is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Saturday 6 - 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Coby was born in Marshall County, Alabama on Dec. 2, 1941 to C. W. & Charlsie Kilpatrick Cofield.
Mrs. Coby is survived by her Husband: John B. Coby of Boaz, Sons & Daughters-in-law: Chris & Kay Power and Benny & Lori Coby all of Guntersville and Coby Cobb of Boaz, Daughter: Robin Cobb of Boaz, Grandchildren: Ashley & David Lackey, Brooke & Brad Ashley, Nichole Raines, Elizabeth Power, Joseph Power and John Coby III, Great Grandchildren: Jackson Ashley, Lily Lackey, Logan Lackey, Alexus Ashley and Braxton Raines, Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Carl & Melanie Cofield of Albertville and David & Roxanne Cofield of Killen.
Pallbearers will be John Coby III, Joseph Power, Keith Cofield, Kevin Cofield, Chris Snider and Brad Ashley.
