J. L. Walker

Mr. J. L. Walker, age 75, of Henderson Road, Boaz, Alabama, died on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at his residence.

Service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at two o’clock p.m. at McRae Chapel with Bro. David Martin officiating Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 1:00 until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Walker was born in Alabama on April 17, 1945 to Dewey & Lillie Belle Harris Walker. He owned and operated J. L. Walker Autobody Shop.

Mr. Walker is survived by his Wife: Mary Nelson Walker of Boaz, Son & Daughter-in-Law: Jeff & Beverly Walker of Albertville, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Diana & Jeff Jenkins of Albertville, Grandchildren: Cassie & Logan McCullars, Charity Walker, Riley Camp, Dylan Posey, Carter Jenkins and Mallory Jenkins, Kylie Moore and Tyler Moore, Great Granddaughter: Addison Grace McCullars, brother & Sister-in-Law: Jody & Karen Walker of Aurora and a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Dewey & Lillie Belle Walker.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Posey, Carter Jenkins, Riley Camp, Logan McCullars, Keaton Kennedy and Dusty Rhoades
