Mr. Jimmy Ray Allen, age 71 of Hope St., Boaz, died Monday, Nov. 25, 2013 at his residence.
Service will be Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at McRae Chapel with Bro. H.V. McDowell and Ricky Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home of Boaz is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Allen is survived by his, Wife: Joan Allen of Boaz, Son & Daughter-in-Law: Jessie Ray & Susan Allen of Boaz, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Cindy & Kenny Boland of Boaz, Grandson: Nathan Lance Boland, Granddaughter: Jessica Allen Dooley, Great Grandchildren: Laila Boland and Lilly Gipson Mother: Mae Allen of Albertville, Sisters: Betty Boland of Fyffe, Donna Sue Payne of Boaz, Mary Maroney, Martha McCaffrey and Ruby Jones all of Albertville. Preceded in death by Father: Robert Dan Allen, Brother: B.L. Allen, Step-Brother: Robert Allen, Granddaughter: Christie Leigh Boland Pallbearers: Nathan Boland, Wade Allen, Glenn Umphrey, Delmus Clanton, Clarence Maroney, Brian Anderson.
