Jerry Holland

Mr. Jerry Holland age 73 of Boaz, Alabama, died on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at Marshall Medical Center South.

Funeral service will be held at Two o’clock pm on Friday, July 21, 2023, at Pleasant Hill #1 Baptist Church with Bro. Tony Holland, Bro. Joe Wise, and Bro. Kevin Ratcliff officiating.  Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill #1 Cemetery. Mr. Holland will Lie-in-Sate at the church from 1:00pm-2:00pm. The visitation will be on Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Holland was born in Alabama on October 14, 1949, to Pearlie & Letha Ross Holland.

Mr. Holland is survived by his wife: Jan Holland of Boaz, Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Tony & Nikki Holland and Matt & Kristi Holland all of Boaz, Grandchildren: Jacob & Britney Holland, Karli Thomas, John & Natalie Holland, Walker Holland, Jed Holland and Mallory Holland, Great Grandchildren: Zakari Watkins and Rylie Holland, Sisters: Helen Hill and Tish Williams both of Boaz, Chosen Brother: Jerry & Donna Tucker, special family friend: Michael Breedlove, and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Pearlie & Letha Holland and Brothers: Ronald Holland and Rickey Holland.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Holland, John Holland, Jed Holland, Walker Holland, Eddie Holland, and Jason Holland. Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Hill, Steve Williams, Jeff Williams, Steve Carroll, Doyle Ross, Mike Fielder, Denny Hubbard, Tim Hubbard, Al Turner, Nick McCormick, and the members of the many churches he’s pastored.
