Mr. Homer Floyd "Jackie" Wilbanks, Jr., 67, of Friendship Road, Boaz, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at his residence.
Mr. Wilbanks is survived by his wife Sharon Dobbins Wilbanks of Boaz; son Adam Wilbanks of Mississippi; daughter Kim Wilbanks of Mississippi; Step-daughter: Selena McCardle of Mississippi, step-son Randy Goble of Boaz; brother Keith Wilbanks of Huntsvilles; sisters Mary Noel of Huntsville and Gloria Lanier of New Market; step-mother Bonnie Wilbanks of Boaz; step-brothers John Green of Kentucky and Bill Hancock of Kentucky. He joined his father Homer Floyd "Jack" Wilbanks, Sr. in death.
His funeral service will be Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the McRae Funeral Home with Brother Keith Dodd and Brother Michael Knight officiating. Burial will follow in Old Clear Creek Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home in charge of services. Family will receive friends on Monday, December 1, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
