Mr. Hiawatha Nail, age 82 of East Mann Ave., Boaz, died Saturday, May 25, 2013 Crossville Health and Rehab.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at McRae Chapel, Bro. Jimmy Harrison will be officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Oak Cemetery, Arab. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz, Alabama is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 - 2 at the funeral home.
Mr. Nail was born in Alabama on Sept. 20, 1930 to Willie G & Lillie B. Handy Nail. He was retired from the City of Gadsden.
Mr. Nail is survived by his Wife: Carolyn Latham Nail of Boaz, Daughter: Barbara Nail of Boaz, Grandchildren: Max Jeter and Emma Grace Jeter, Brothers: J. W. Nail and Jimmy Nail both of Gadsden, Sister: Linda Bickers of Gadsden. Mr. Nail was preceded in death by his Parents, Brother: Howard Nail and Sister: Helen Hardy.
Pallbearers will be his nephews, Tim Bickers, Chad Bickers, Danny Nail, Daryl Nail, Greg Nail, David Hardy, Pete Hardy and Donny Hardy.
