Helen Perigo, 76, of Perigo Street, Boaz, Alabama died Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Marshall Medical Center South.
She is surived by her son and daughter-in-law David & Deborah Gibbs; daughters and sons-in-law Teresa & Jeff Word, Deborah & Mike Robbins, and Rena Kennedy; sisters Linda Cahill, Blanche Kilpatrick, and Gwen Harris; grandchildren David Robbins, Brooke Word, Jennifer Gibbs, John David Gibbs, Harrison Gibbs, and Keaton Kennedy; and a host of special friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband George Perigo; brothers Eddie Jones and Etoile Jones; grandchildren Haley & Hugh Word; and daughters Donna Gibbs and Loretta Perigo.
Pallbearers will be Billy Ray Young, Ricky Holland, Kenny Smith, Jon David Gibbs, David Robbins, and Harrison Gibbs.
Keaton Kennedy will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer.
Services will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at 3:00 pm at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kevin Brooks and Bro. Jamie Perigo officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 3:00 pm on Sunday.
