Gerald Demedicis

Mr. Gerald Demedicis, age 64 of Murphree Valley Road, Altoona, died on Friday, July 22, 2022, at Marshall Medical Center South.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, July 25, 2022, at McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charlie Champion officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery in the Cove. Visitation will be Sunday July 24, 2022, from Six until eight at the funeral home.

Mr. Demedicis was born in Alabama on June 24, 1958, to Perk & Wilma McCurley Demedicis. He was employed with BPI as a machine operator for many years.

Mr. Demedicis is survived by his Son & Daughter-in-Law: John & Elisabeth Demedicis of Horton, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Tonya & Kevin Green of Walnut Grove, Grandchildren: Tanner Demedicis, Will Gilbreath, Jakob Demedicis, Lexie & Jacob Goodno and Gracie Gilbreath, Great Grandchildren: Forrest Goodno and Ryan McGlaughn, Brothers Terry & Shirley Demedicis of Gallant and Joseph & Judy Demedicis of Walnut Grove, Sisters:  Nancy & Grady Stricklin of Sardis and Elizabeth & Nathan McDaniel of Boaz and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Perk & Wilma Demedicis, Wife: Deborah “Chris” Demedicis and Son” Shannon Dewayne Demedicis.

Pallbearers will be David Demedicis, Stephen Demedicis, Cameron Horsley, Danny Keener, Billy Keener and Jacob Goodno. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ben Walden, Todd Champion, and Friends of BPI.
