Debbie Tidwell

Mrs. Debbie Tidwell, 62 of Douglas Street, Boaz, died Friday, May 6, 2016 at St. Vincent's Medical Center East. Service will be Monday, May 9, 2016; Eleven o'clock a.m. at McRae Chapel with Dr. Aaron Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5 until 8 at the funeral home. The family request that the men omit their ties in favor of slacks and a button up as that is how Debbie preferred Mike to dress. Mrs. Tidwell was born in Georgia on Sept. 20, 1953 to Lee Hugh & Nell Wilson Morris. She was the owner of the Brass Goose. Mrs. Tidwell is survived by her Husband: Mike Tidwell of Boaz, Daughter & Future Son-in-Law: Deidra Tidwell and Jeremy Robinson of Boaz, Brother: Stanley Morris of China, Nephew: Jordan Morris, Mother-in-Law: Flo Tidwell of Boaz. She was preceded in death by her father: Lee Morris and mother: Nell Morris.
