Billy Watson

Mr.  Billy W. Watson, 77, of George Johnson Road, Boaz died on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Marshall Medical Center South.

Funeral service will be held at Two o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at McRae Chapel with Bro. Kerry Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the Sardis Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from noon until service time at the funeral home

Mr. Watson was born in Alabama on April 30, 1942 to Fred & Villa Peppers Watson. He was an events specialist with Tent Tech.

Mr. Watson is survived by his Sons & Daughter-in-Law: Stephen & Leah Watson of Boaz and Tony Watson of Florida, Daughter & Son-in-Law: Tracy & Scott Sherrer of Tennessee, Mother: Villa Watson of Tennessee, Grandchildren: Ben & Kayra Watson, Alex Bright, Doug Bright and Savannah & James Galliher.  He was preceded in death by his Dad: Fred Watson and his Wife: Judy Watson.

Pallbearers will be Jason Wilder, Chris Royal, Joe Carroll, Alex Bright, Doug Bright and Ben Watson.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
