Mrs. Barbara Mae Gaskin, 79, of Summerville Road, Boaz, Alabama, died Saturday, February 20, 2016 at her residence.
Funeral service will be Monday, February 22, 2016, One o'clock a.m. at Unity United Baptist Church with interment to follow in the Unity Cemetery. Bro. Rickey Maroney will be officiating and Prayer by Bro. Jason King. McRae Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Sunday evening 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gaskin was born in Alabama on April 24, 1936 to Wheeler & Pauline Maroney Collins.
Mrs. Gaskin is survived by her Sons & Daughters -in-Law: Thomas & Becky Gaskin of Attalla and Allen & Tina Gaskin of Leesburg, Son-in-Law: J. H. Luker of Boaz, Grandson: Bradley & Adrian Gaskin and Great Granddaughter: Madi Gaskin, Brother: Verbon Collins of Susan Moore and Sister Geraldine McGlamory of Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband: Tommy Gaskin and Daughter: Rita Luker.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Gaskin, David Nunn, Steve Talton, Tim Hammack, Verlon Oliver and Butch Whitt.
