OBITUARY INFORMATION Mrs. Alice Tucker, 81, of Gazaway Road, Boaz, Alabama, died Monday, March 2, 2015, at St. Vincent's Medical Center.
Service will be Wednesday, March 4, 2015, Seven o'clock p.m. at McRae Chapel. A private interment will follow on Thursday in Morton's Chapel Cemetery. Bro. David Tarvin and Bro. Frank Tucker will be officiating. McRae Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 o'clock p.m. until service time at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Tucker was born in Alabama on Jan. 24, 1934 to Marvin & Amy Martin Elkins. She was retired from the poultry industry.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by her Son & Daughter-in-Law: Jerry & Donna Tucker of Boaz, Daughters & Son-in-Law: Sheila & Tim Parrish and Regina Tucker all of Boaz, 4 Grandchildren: Jill & Shane Bright, Jason & Terry Tucker, Gage Tucker and Timothy & Rachel Parrish, 4 Great Grandchildren: Garrett Bright, Ethan Parrish, Zoe Tucker and Emma Tucker, Brother: James Elkins of Gadsden and Sister: Martha Thompson of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her Husband: William Tucker and a Son: James Tucker.
Pallbearers will be Shane Bright, Garrett Bright, Timothy Parrish, Jason Tucker, Johnny Hopkins and Brad Hopkins.
